Your 4-Pressures Diagnostic

Answer four quick questions. We’ll place your four dots on the ladder (Reactive → Hidden → Owned) and give you one precise “next rung” to climb this week.

Choose the option that feels most true today.

1) Primary Orientation: Work / Family I pendulum or perform “balance”. Culture or guilt calls a lot of shots. I lean one way (work or family) but I still mask it or overcompensate. I’m clear which is primary right now and I accept the tradeoffs without apology.

2) Money Relationship I avoid it or feel confused; I’d rather not look. I engage when I must, but I’m inconsistent and second-guess a lot. I know my numbers, trust my system, and adjust calmly.

3) Guidance & Discernment I outsource to others’ opinions, trends, or expectations. I blend outside input with my own voice, but I still hesitate. I know my source of guidance, validate it, and move without paralyzing doubt.

4) Depth vs. Breadth (Rhythm) I swing between “too much” and “not enough”. Chaos vs. boredom. I know my pull, yet I still deliberate and hedge. I choose my rhythm (wide or deep) and calibrate tradeoffs instead of debating them.
